The Carlton has been designed by globally recognised architects Woods Bagot on a prominent and central site in Geelong to accommodate the new National Headquarters for the NDIS and other Commonwealth agencies. The development is an exciting and stylish addition to a Geelong Art Deco landmark – the former Carlton Hotel.

Our design tenet is simple.

To build Geelong’s premium workspace which at its heart provides an inspiring, uplifting accessible environment for all, including workers and visitors with a disability.
